So tonight I have tried to make chirashi sushi.
It is a quick version that I had improvised
there are smoke salmon, salmon eggs and cucumbers.
BUT my husband commented that he wants eat different kinds of fish at the same time!

It looks so good! I really like salmon so I wouldn't complain! And that is avocado?! All my favorites!I have never heard of chirashi sushi, but I am guessing, based on this photo, it is like a "naked burrito?"
"naked burrito"? never heard of.
Sorry it is not avocado but cucumber.
So not all types of sushi are available.
Perhaps menus are different in NY or anywhere else.
salmon and avocado are best friends…

Unfortunately, I can't buy avocados at nearby supermarket.
