It sounds much much better with new earphones!
I have just finished reading it. I really sympathize with “Jess”, who is a sister of shopaholic Becky. Jess is sort of a stingy person who enjoys walking and loves computers, just like ME 🙂
But I do enjoy grocery shooping like Becky. I want to try all the good food.
I guess everyone is somewhere between Jess and Becky!
I bought a new blank cassette tape to record some music.
I know it is kind of old-fashioned but my husband’s car is sort of old and plays only cassette tape. (no CDs, no ipods)
Am glad to find some at the store!
I finally found this book at the bookstore today and bought it!
Actually, I read it about 17 years ago and threw it away. But i keep remembering this many times and tried to buy it again but failed ( even in Amazon!).
It is about the authors experience of being depressed. The trigger words were “Are you teaching quality?”. He kept thinking what “quality” means, and then his body and mind went out of control.
What a sad story!
I think anyone who had suffered depression will sympathize with author…..
